1. Acceptance of Terms

By using RoundMate AI (operated by RoundMate AI Technologies), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use our software or website.

2. Description of Services

RoundMate AI provides artificial intelligence interview preparation, simulated mock tests, resume intelligence, and real-time live teleprompter guidance tools.

3. User Accounts & Single Active Session Policy

You must register via Google OAuth or credentials to access paid features. You agree to maintain credential secrecy.

Single Session Enforcement: To protect server capacity and prevent unauthorized account distribution, accounts are restricted to one concurrent active live session. Initiating a session from a second device automatically logs out the previous session.

4. Acceptable Use & Conduct

You agree to use RoundMate AI ethically and solely for personal preparation and career advancement. You agree not to reverse engineer the application binary, deploy scraping bots, or violate any NDA commitments with employers.

5. Session Tokens & Billing

Session tokens never expire and remain in your account until used. In the event of subscription cancellation, active days remain accessible until the billing period concludes.

6. Intellectual Property

RoundMate AI owns all proprietary software, brand assets, and overlay code. You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of your submitted resumes, job descriptions, and interview notes.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

RoundMate AI is an educational and coaching tool. While designed to enhance performance, RoundMate AI makes no guarantees regarding actual employment or hiring offers. Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
